Mr. Sandy Adam
Sandy Adam was CEO of Algoma Steel from 1996 until his retirement in 2002. Prior to this he was a Senior Vice-President with Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada where he gained firsthand experience in Japanese manufacturing methods. Mr. Adam was also employed with Stelco Inc. where he held various management positions and gained a broad range of experience. Mr. Adam is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He sits as a director of two public companies, Gennum Inc. and HSE Integrated Ltd. He is Chair of the Board of Directors of Hamilton Utilities Corporation.
Mr. Adam earned a B.A. from the University from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Ms. Dahra Granovsky
Ms. Granovsky is President of the Atlantic Packaging Group and President of Eco Wood and Meldan. Ms. Granovsky plays an active role in the daily operations of the company while maintaining her board position as a Director at Atlantic and the affiliate companies. Ms. Granovsky did her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto. BSc. in Psychology and also holds an MBA in Finance, International Program in Paris, University of Hartford.
Mr. Milton J. Moskowitz
Mr. Moskowitz is currently at the helm of his Management Consultant business, Moskowitz & Associates Inc. In addition, he acts as an intermittent executive for corporations upon request. Previously, he was President & General Manager for Rubbermaid Office Products Canada Inc. Rubbermaid is a manufacturer of desktop paper storage and filing systems, and molded plastic computer furniture and accessories with $20 million sales. He was President with Eldon Industries Inc. (NYSE) when acquired in 1991 by Rubbermaid and appointed President and GM of merged companies. Mr. Moskowitz is a professional engineer, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Certificate from the University of Toronto and is an FCMC (Fellow, Association of Management Consultants; certified as CMC). Over the past 20 years Mr. Moskowitz has served on many public company Boards and private company Advisory Boards.
Mr. Emile Mabro
Emile Mabro is the Vice President of Vicwest, one of North America’s leading suppliers of exterior building solutions for industrial, commercial, institutional, architectural, agricultural and residential markets. In this role, Mr. Mabro has full operational and financial responsibility for a company with annual revenues of approximately $300M and 15 manufacturing locations coast-to-coast. Emile has almost two decades of experience in the construction industry having held progressive executive positions with multinational companies in North America, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. Mr. Mabro is a Board Member of the Canadian Steel Sheet Building Institute (CSSBI) and is the Chairman of the Board of All Weather Insulated Panels, a California-based manufacturing company. Mr. Mabro possesses a Civil Engineering degree from Ecole Special de Travaux Public, an MBA from INSEAD in Europe and, is a certified Board Director under the Chartered Director program at McMaster University.
