Before choosing Thordon or Thor-Flex for an application, the following criteria must be considered:

• speeds (rpm)
• type of lubrication
• pressures
• amount of abrasives
• degree of impact loading
• ambient temperatures (maximum/minimum)
• special ambient conditions (e.g. intermittent exposure to high temperature steam cleaning)
• media temperature (pumps)
• process temperature (pumps)
• pH levels (pumps)
